Students learn about rainwater

On April 3, the Neshoba County Soil and Water Conservation District’s Erica Fortenberry and the Natural Resource Conservation Service’s Lee Jones visited with 230 8th grade students from Neshoba Central Middle School.
They demonstrated the effects of erosion and compaction on soil samples using a Rainwater Simulator.
